I investigate spaces of autonomy in systems of organization and categorization through humour and the foregrounding of absurdity. Many of my works also point to moments of rupture. Through my art-making process I attempt to bring clarity to the confusion in these times, while also questioning my undertaking. <\/p>\n

b. 1975 bern, switzerland; studied philosophy & physics (ma 2001); phd research in philosophy (phd 2007), research & teaching in philosophy until 2009; art studies (ba 2012, mfa 2016); art practice and private research (2016-now); subject librarian (philosophy 2009-2022, architecture 2024-now) and scientific writing lecturer (2022-now).<\/p>\n
